I began my career in the hospitality industry in northern California at fine dining restaurants and hotels. My experience includes, The Pacific Union Club in San Francisco, CA, the Mark Hopkins Hotel Corporations and the St Francis Hotel also in San Francisco, California. I have worked in the club industry at fine properties like Innis Arden Golf Club in Old Greenwich, CT, Burning Tree Country Club in Greenwich, CT. I gained my certification designation of Certified Club Manager (CCM) in 2007 and my Certified Club Executive (CCE) designation in 2013 after rigorous training and testing programs. I am a well-respected problem-solver with a high-visibility approach to driving positive change. I have been in the CMAA for 20 years and believe my involvement in the organization has greatly enhanced my management skills.
