Randall has taught and examined at more than 100 Master Sommelier Courses and exams and will share some key insights and assures you will be a better taster than before you started.

Wine #1: Sauvignon Blanc. Looking for a wine with high acid. Sancerre or New Zealand Sauv Blanc is ideal

Wine #3: California or Oregon Pinot Noir
