He recently received the Bill Strausbaugh Award from the Connecticut PGA and sits on the CT PGA Board of Directors. Mark Mansur is the Golf Course Superintendent at Wintonbury Hills and is the Past President of the CT CSGA. Wintonbury Hills is currently the #1 public golf course in the state of Connecticut according to Golf Magazine.
