From clean eating and special diets to accommodating health-conscious families, the club environment must meet the requirements of nutritious, delicious and fun to stay top of mind.

 

What are the latest nutrition trends and how do they affect you?

Food balance, portion sizes and nutrients, especially sugar, fat and carbohydrate

How do you manage special considerations - food allergies / gluten-free dining?

Creative food offerings that draw a crowd (and how do you market them?)

From the Merritt Parkway (CT Route 15)

Take Exit 57 off the Merritt Parkway.

Proceed onto Rte. 34 East/Derby Avenue.

After approximately 1.5 miles, a green mailbox and two fieldstone pillars will

be on your right.

Enter the Club driveway passing through the fieldstone pillars.

From South: I-95

I-95 North to Exit 38 (Connector to Wilbur Cross Parkway – CT Route 15).

Take Wilbur Cross Parkway North to Exit 57 and proceed as above.

From North: I-95

I-95 South to Exit 47 (Rte. 34 West – Downtown New Haven).

At intersection with Rte. 10, turn right onto Ella Grasso Boulevard.

Take first left onto Derby Avenue (Rte. 34 West).

Proceed approximately 2.9 miles and turn left, crossing over Rte. 34 East

and proceed straight, between two fieldstone pillars into Club entrance.

From Route 8

Take Exit 15 and bear right. Go right under the underpass.

Head straight over the bridge. Turn right onto Derby Avenue (Rte. 34 East).

Approximately 4.9 miles you will turn right into the Club driveway.

Look for a green mailbox and two fieldstone pillars for the Club entrance
