MacDonald In this powerful and
thought-provoking presentation, Kevin MacDonald will help you to uncover the
S.T.A.R. attributes that you inherently possess. Using film clips,
inspirational quotes, and experiences from his career as a club manager and as
a coach, Kevin will guide participants toward a greater understanding of each
facet of a S.T.A.R. and how each of us can utilize these to improve our
performance in both work and life. Equipped with ideas and
materials from The S.T.A.R. Within You presentation, participants will move on
to achieve the results they desire knowing that they each naturally possess all
the qualities of a S.T.A.R. This
education is focused towards the Assistant Managers; however it is a great
